Mouse Scrolling

Roger,

I never even notice this before, but a user complained. His system was on terminal server and his mouse scrolling worked on browses. Moved to another terminal server and it does not. I have connections to both and verified he is correct.
I tried here on my own pc and the scrolling on my mouse does not work on browses (findbrowse,etc)..not sure i ever tried it before.

Thoughts?

This may have something to do with Windows setup on the server.
