Taskbar.dll Unable to locatei XBPSTATIC

Hello,

I try to compile/run a application in 2.0 that uses Taskbar.dll
I get the following error: (Translated from Dutch)

Unable to find entrypoint of procedure XBPSTATIC in DLL-file C:\Alaska20\Tools\Express\Bin20\TASKBAR.DLL

If I try to recompile C:\Alaska20\Tools\Express\Source\Taskbar, there is a missing Kernel32.lib
Can someone help me out?
