changes as special Thread in thois forum

Hello Roger,

what about the idea to make a special marked thread in this forum, where you publish the changes-list (which is normaly in readme.txt). This would help to see what is new for somebody who hasn't the actual express installed...
I now use 252 for example and could read what is new in 253 and 254 without downloading and install.

In phpbb you can mark a thread so that he is allways the first entry and accept no answers.

What do you think about this.

I can use it as a kindof bulletin board of announcements.
