I recently had a need to add a WHEN clause to a DCSCROLLBAR and found it was not supported

I was thinking of supporting a WHY clause or a NEVER clause, or maybe WHY .NOT., but WHEN would you use a WHEN?

Using it when defining working shifts, some agencies use 2 others 3, thus WHEN not 3...rdonnay wrote:Rick -
