I have been waiting to see how many are committed to this before determining my costs.
Those of you who were here 2 years ago probably remember my frustrations with the hotel's meeting room.
The internet access had problems in that room and they couldn't even handle coffee service properly.

I realized that we can do much better right here in my apartment provide that we have 8 or less persons (including myself).
I can move furniture around so that I can provide a decent meeting facility with access to my large TV for presentations and my 3 large monitors. This will mean that it will cost me nothing to do this. I am considering asking $150 per person just to cover the expenses of lunches, coffee and the Saturday night dinner. If we have more than 8 persons then I need to make arrangements for the hotel meeting room and it will cost us an additional $100 per person. I will need to rent equipment.

As of now, it appears that there will be 8 of us so expect for me to ask you each for $150 donation to cover costs.
