like all other database ... you need a Front-End "on Server" which you can access with Client e.g. Browser.

you can build Front-End "Server" and "Client" with Xb2Net http://xb2.net/

look at TSPLUS, I use it successful to access XBase apps with a standard HTML5 browser. And the price is very low for such a product.

Does tsplus allow you to limit the connection to only your app ?? i.e. no access to the desktop or other programs on the server ?

you are right, the price for such a powerful system is really low. This is why some customers use it instead of expensive MS Terminalserver licenses. There is also a test version available.
