The Bullshit Paradox

Dustin Hoffman played a reluctant hero in the movie - "Hero".
Near the end of the movie he made a profound statement when talking to his son.
He said:
Everything is Bullshit.
It's one layer of Bullshit on top of another layer of Bullshit.
Your job in this life is to find the Bullshit you like best,
and then that becomes your Bullshit.
I used to quote this phrase a lot until a few days ago when I was driving down the road and had a sudden realization that simply making a statement like this creates a paradox. If he is right then his statement is Bullshit, therefore he must be wrong. I think my head is going to explode.
