How to create a multi-row tabpage?

Hello,
I want to add tab rows to DCTABPAGE.
How can i do this?
See sample screenshot taken from windows.

The tab-rows "flip" (up and down) when i click on one of the tabs.
If "Algemeen" is visible now, and i click on "Datails" the the second image should be the result.

I checked the xdemo sample, but i could not find what i was looking for.

Suggestions are welcome.
