I remember this from a very long time ago, but do not remember what caused it. I think you changed one of your dll files, but unsure..and that was 1.9, this is 2.0 (express .262)

Is this a recurring error?

Only at this one site. And apparently only 2 or 3 users.
Did find that there is a file they open multiple times in this one menu option that never closes. A change just for them, so correcting that Shows the file name with a _02, _03.... last one was _44. Our fault that we neglected to close it in this one place and they apparently only use the one menu option. Its a button they select that just opens to read the file and closes, but we forgot to close it. Just reading a bitmap file name and print parameters.
We will install that to see if it fixes that error and let you know before going any further.
