The same would apply to me. I can make both but the May 1,2, 3 would work better as I don't have to get someone else to run our Knights of Columbus breakfast the previous weekend.

April or may would be fine for me - I'd prefer may in that situation, except the week(end) 8/9/10. Even june would work.

Ok, that settles it. May 1, 2, 3 it is.

For those who want to arrive earlier or stay later, I will be available for a week prior and a week after.

Unfortunaly, may 1,2,3 is not possible for me.
I will be in Austria on May 1 and 2.
Then another 24 hours for the trip, and I would de just in time to see everyone leave...

Just finished up hotel and plane reservations...

arrive thurs aft. depart monday early...

hotel is quoting $99 per night.
