His problem was related to something else in XbpSle / XbpGet, not cueBanner

sorry, i was not "exact". i did talk about chinese Sign in XbpSLE.

when using XP Manifest , in *.ARC or as File, my chinese Sign using ArialUNI.TTF turn into "unreadable" ...
i have to use Jodejock "Flatedit" if i "need" XP Manifest. this is why i ask.

p.s. Xbase++ CueBanner can not work on chinese XP OS() ... but it "seem" to work under Win7
