(Design-)Error with dc_guitypeahead()

I think that comment on the DC_CompleteEvents() line pertains to something with focus from way back when. At least in version exp19238, it was the same code. I think for a while the code was taken out, but has been in since then.

Don't recall any more regarding this, other that it has not changed for a long time and the comment came in after build 238 but I think the comment refers to the line being commented out and returning back to its original code of being active in the code.
