What's the latest on the spring mini-conference dates ??

I have been negotiating with Tom Liehr, Michael Rudrich and Jim Graham in private emails to nail down some dates.
I already know your requirements.

Everyone has some kind of conflict.

As of now, I'm thinking of May 1, 2, 3 or April 24, 25, 26.
We need to pick dates that are best for travel from Europe.

Tom wants March or April. I was hoping for a bit warmer weather for outside activities.
Also, weather here in the U.S. can get really bad in March for travelling. Late April or May are much better.

We need to nail this down in the next few days so I can announce it.
