Does anyone have any dbf-the database of state languages and flags of the world and the program of their choice in Alaska?

Here is a database of flags.

I created this database by downloading a ZIP file that contains every country's flag in PNG format.

The program that I used (written in eXpress++ and Xbase++) is attached.

It is much more difficult to add languages. To see what I mean look at this Wikipedia page:

I understand. that:
1) in many countries speak many languages;
2) there are many non-state languages;
3) different languages in the world much more than countries.

I'll try to make it so that each user could make a language file. This will make the interface even when they invented the language :)
